1. What makes your products so unique?
Some of our products are exclusives and not sold in stores. We feature the Classic Wildlife Collection, Liberty Bronze Collection and the Gorham Crystal Collection plus many special lines developed and produced exclusively for our customers.
2. Can I use the product images and/or text from Sabs Place.com?
All content as product images,text, graphics, logos, or copied text from our site is copyrighted and cannot be used . Do not link to our website automatically by copying pictures from our site to yours. This is considered "Bandwidth Theft" and is considered illegal. We do monitor our website automatically for plagiarism using CopySentry.
3.What payment method do you accept?
We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL. You will be able to select the payment method you prefer at checkout.
Our site uses 100% secure technology for payments. For your order, SabsPlace.com uses industry-standard SSL-encryption (128 Bit) to protect data transmissons. NO ONE SEES YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.
4. How much is your shipping?
We have a unique system at SabsPlace.com. Our flat shipping fee of just $6.95 for shipping orders under $50 (unlimited size OR weight). Orders above $50 only pay 15% of the order's total. We only ship within the USA.
5. How do you ship?
We ship all our orders by UPS ground delivery, insured at no additional charge. UPS does not ship to post office boxes.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. UPS ground takes from 7 to 10 business days.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the orginal and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 15%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.
8. What if I ordered something that is out of stock?
In the event that the customer response is greater than we anticipate, you will receive e-mail notifying you of the item being out-of-stock, as well as the estimated arrival date if available. We will refund the charge for the item backordered OR we will issue you a store credit for your next order. We do not back-order any items. We try to update our site as soon as we know an iten is out of stock.
9. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While all our orders are packed with as much care as possible sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that comes in damaged, notify us within within 3 days so we can have another gift sent out, or credit can be given to you for the defective gift. We require that you send the defective gift back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS EMAIL us to let know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the ORGINAL INVOICE and ORGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL.
10. What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Please use our contact form ( FOUND IN CONTACT US) to request a return. Please don't forget to give us the ITEM # and the ORDER #.
11.What is your privacy policy?
We take your privacy very seriously.... any personally identifiable information you share with SabsPlace will be used only for the purpose of you transaction. We will never sell, give, or rent our customers name, e-mail address, credit card numbers, mailing address, purchasing history or any other personally identifiable fact we learn about you to a third party. We do not share your information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information and to contracted service providerd for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
